Nightlife is an important aspect of any bustling city or small town. Whether it’s to attract younger people to your area or bring the community together under one roof, nightlife is a staple in many people’s lives. In the same vein, real estate and real estate markets also can make or break any area depending on interest, prices, and property values. While these two pieces of life may seem distantly related to the average person, they intertwine when it comes to the life and business of Jado Hark.
Jado came from the nightlife world where he had built a large network of people who he interacted with throughout his career. These people helped him throughout his first job in the nightlife industry, and they stayed on with him when he began his real estate career.
“I started my career in the nightlife industry, opened my first nightclub at the age of 23, owned and operated multiple venues at the same time. I have built a tremendous network from athletes, politicians, attorneys and doctors to first time home buyers that work a 9 to 5. I treat everyone with the same passion and respect,” Jado remarks.
Jado made the decision to move from the nightlife world to the real estate industry for a reason that drives many of us: family. Due to his long work hours, and non-normal schedule, he was having trouble finding a good balance between work life and family life. He wanted a way to be able to spend more time with his family while continuing to hold onto the valuable relationships and connections that he made with people on a daily basis.
“When I started a family, I couldn’t balance a healthy family lifestyle with the nightlife so I ended up venturing off to real estate. I was able to use my network to excel in real estate and specifically in the luxury department by representing athletes and other high end clientele. I got into this business due to my passion for helping people,” Jado states.
Jado runs Elite Agency: a real estate company that he created to become a part of the real estate industry, but also to change the lives of the people he works with by giving them the house of their dreams.
“The passion to genuinely help people make their American dream come true and own a home without having to over pay in a brutal market is what got me started in real estate,” Jado explains.
For Jado, his success is centered around his clientele, but also on a personal level, his mindset. To him, nothing is more important than a good mindset that prepares him for success no matter what the obstacle. He describes it as crucial to his operation.
“Mindset is everything when starting a business, especially an industry that you have never worked in before, to be able to mentally train yourself to stay focused and learn every single day is a challenge,” Jado says.
Jado is excited to move forward with his business. This year, he is focusing on expanding his team to meet the needs of the increased number of buyers and sellers who have come back to him and who have just started their journey with his company. His biggest accomplishment thus far has been the amount of people he has been able to help and change their lives. This includes himself and his family.
“Being able to help a huge amount of people in my first couple of years has been my greatest success. I am averaging triple the amount of transactions that newer agents do. I have also gained financial freedom and even the ability to spend more time with my wife and kids and create memories,” Jado says.
