Yessy is a native Venezuelan who graduated in accounting finance; she then arrived in Mexico in 2021. She faced numerous challenges, but despite her initial fears and missteps, each experience was a stepping stone that contributed to her personal growth and shaped her into a fearless and stronger woman.
She decided to pursue a career in real estate to balance her responsibilities as a single mother. Her son was her motivation, and he continues to be the driving force behind her success.
After transitioning from an accounting background, Yessy found her true passion in real estate. Later, she obtained an estate diploma and joined the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI).
“Starting in real estate was the best decision; I fell in love with this profession and pursued it passionately,” Yessy shares.
Yessy was motivated by the satisfaction of providing security and confidence to her clients; she co-founded a real estate agency called Loyalty Realtors Team Real Estate in June 2023; this decision allowed her to work with a team of five incredible women she had met in the real estate industry.
“What motivated me to start my business was the desire to level up, to take the next step that I had to take!” Yessy mentions.
Facing challenges in real estate entrepreneurship, Yessy emphasizes the importance of communication, trust, and hard work to establish brand recognition. Her positive mindset, rooted in the belief that thoughts shape reality, has been vital in overcoming obstacles.
“Fear is nothing more than the limitations we impose on ourselves; fear exists if you allow it,” Yessy mentions.
As Yessy reflects on her path, she envisions continued personal and professional growth. Beyond her aspirations of becoming a recognized advisor and positioning Loyalty Realtors as a prominent company, she emphasizes the importance of ongoing self-improvement.
